Stacked up and ready to launch at Fruit Logistica
Stability, safety, growth and sustainability – those are the keywords associated with Maersk Line. So it is no wonder that we had a winning pitch to the world’s largest container shipping company. As probably the oldest trade fair construction company in the world, we are committed to the same values – alongside our standards for top-class design and quality, of course.
How do you present a company that earns its money from the shipping of containers that are not exactly attractive? By turning those exact elements into the star and presenting them in an effective and cleverly designed manner! On an area of 79 square metres, we stacked several ‘cold containers’ alongside and on top of one another at Fruit Logistica – it only became clear that they were not the real thing, but rather aluminium elements covered with printed fabric, once you were right up against them. Blue illumination accentuated the cool factor, and cosy areas for experts to talk shop were created as if by accident. Bollards, heavy-duty ropes and white and blue colouring visually brought the harbour feel closer to the visitors of the trade fair booth.
An individual design with high recognition value that is also good for the environment, as we have tied down the concept for three years. It will be sustainably used three to four times a year. Full (clean) steam ahead!
We also took the opportunity to quickly put together the presentation of Maersk Line subsidiary Safmarine from Belgium at the same time – a lounge-style booth covering 28 square metres – show time!
