IDS 2015 – The No. 1 of the branch
After five days, the International Dental Show (IDS) closed in March 2015 with a record result and excellent mood of the branch. About 138,500 professionals from 151 countries visited the dental industry’s world-leading trade fair, which corresponds to an increase of nearly eleven per cent in comparison to the previous time. New records were also achieved with a rising amount of exhibitors. 2,201 enterprises from 56 countries presented a huge number of innovations, product advancements and services on an area of 157,000 square metres. PREUSS MESSE realised fair stands for two new customers:
While the trade fair stand of LABOSHOP, a supplier of laboratory equipment, was focused on a young target group, the customer DT&SHOP also a supplier for dental lab needs, wanted to integrate the new marketing campaign into the concept of the exhibition stand in 2015.
DT&SHOP regularly adopts new marketing campaigns. This time a zebra motive in the colours black and orange were used for the website, catalogues and pamphlets. This design was integrated into the trade fair stand on 180 square metres. Surrounded by stands in the classic bright colours typical of the dental industry, this stand predominantly in black attracted a great deal of attention and could easily be seen from afar. The zebra stripes on the white high-gloss floor, which were designed to match the campaign, formed the basis for the way the exhibits were positioned.
On a surface area of 36 square metres, LABOSHOP presented its company to the audience. Big graphics in pop art style generated a lot of attention. In addition to having the trade fair stand, campaigns were used to attract an audience of young professionals, for example, with a selfie campaign at the booth.
PREUSSMESSE also created stands for its long-term customers Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank (100 sq m) and Indigo Dental (66 sq m).
