Challenge: The smart and systematic way to showcase fresh cuisine. We’ve been building the same stand for our customer BLOCK MENÜ at the INTERNORGA trade fair for several years now. So, there’s not need to go into the details of how we tackled the spatial challenge of creating two columns on top and two escalators above the stand space, both of which had to be neatly integrated.
What is worth spotlighting, however, is the new design concept that accentuates the harmonious blend of hospitality and efficiency. Also featuring on the ingredients list: bright, inviting, emotional, defined. An excellent choice, in our humble opinion – satisfying all the needs of this manufacturer of fresh meal components for the catering industry.
Solution: Fresh from our stand construction kitchen, we proudly present to you… efficient hospitality! Never heard of it? Then we highly recommend checking out BLOCK MENÜ – this is where homely gastronomy meets the well-organised commercial kitchen. We created a 134 m² island stand in white and warm wood tones. The use of large-scale frames with white and printed textiles plus a number of digital screens resulted in a skilful combination of modern openness and emotional imagery. Mouth-watering product images tempted visitors to linger at the stand and sample the goods on offer. And there was plenty to try out.
We didn’t want to bring up the topic of the columns and escalators… but let’s just say that the fact that you didn’t notice them took more effort than you might think!
