Trioptics

München | Laser | 160 sqm

Challenge: ‘We want visitors to be able to navigate our exhibition stand quickly and easily.’ Such brief instructions are only possible when you’ve known each other for donkey’s years – like TRIOPTICS and PREUSS MESSE.

Navigating a 170 m² stand, meanwhile, is only doable if the stand is well structured – and if the brand messaging and themes are distinctive. A clear separation between product presentation and discussion areas is also vital to ensure user-friendliness. That was our task for Munich’s LASER trade fair as well as subsequent fairs for which the concept can easily be adapted.
We set new standards instead of just meeting them. That’s the credo TRIOPTICS lives by. It sounds a lot like our own.

Solution: It doesn’t get any tidier than this. We created a clear demarcation between information areas and communication zones. The exterior was devoted to product information; the interior was reserved for discussions. Accordingly, we positioned all display models evenly around a central communication hub.

The stand’s centre was a visual homage to the reception area of TRIOPTICS’ new office building. A large, illuminated cube hanging above the interior area was not just a real eye-catcher, it also did a clever job of separating the inside from the outside. Other cutting-edge features included the 3D logo and seamless LED media wall with a 2.6 mm pixel pitch.
The design brief was achieved, and a new standard has definitely been set!
