Weber & Schaer
DKT | Nürnberg | 90 sqm
Requirements: The importer of raw materials in the rubber, plastic and adhesive industry had booked 90 square metres of space. Nearly 30 of those would be allocated to business partner AKZO NOBEL and its wall graphics.
Task no. 1: Bring together the corporate designs of the two companies. No. 2: Create two separate islands for conversations in the limited space. No. 3: Deliver a modern, down-to-earth stand design that can easily be enlarged or scaled down for future trade fairs. Three requirements all at once? It’s possible.
Solution: Mach 3: a brochure enters the third dimension.
Because the primary exhibitor deserves to have the primary eye-catcher, we carefully studied the Weber & Schaer brochure – and discovered the perfect attention grabber: colourful dots which represent the molecules of raw materials were turned into colourful balls, some of which were filled with helium. Light wood and lots of white are state of the art, yet still subtle – and they’re a great match with both exhibitors. The conversation spaces were separated by wall and floor, and the angled positioning of the tables made the stand feel bigger. Job well done. And happy customers.
