Challenge: Breathe in. Breathe out. Guests of the restaurant ZUM DORFKRUG in Neu Wulmstorf get to savour traditional North German cuisine in an elegant setting. And one of the many highlights is the famous ‘Sylter Salatfrische’ salad dressing, which originates here.
Chef Thomas Hausschildt wanted his exhibition stand at the INTERNORGA 2019 trade fair to encapsulate this special atmosphere – preferably in the form of a miniature version of his recently renovated DORFKRUG restaurant. The mastermind behind the restaurant’s renovations was also involved in the design of a faithful replica.
It’s the fourth exhibition stand we’ve devised for the client – and we’re proud of how much it has grown and flourished. We started out with 30 m² back in 2016; since then, the area has almost doubled in size.
Solution: Breathe in. Breathe out. Savour ‘Sylter Salatfrische’ with all your senses. Using fine materials, we worked meticulously to create a high-quality, rustic look which closely resembled the original and brought a breath of fresh air to the exhibition hall.
Our PREUSS MESSE workshop was responsible for the sturdy counters and eye-catching beam construction made of solid, brushed oak. This distinctive design created the perfect cosy restaurant feeling and ensured strong brand recognition.
With tasty samples from the wide range of salad dressing and desserts on offer, it was all too easy to forget that we weren’t amidst green pastures, but rather smack in the middle of a busy trade fair. Breathe in. Breathe out. Neu Wulmstorf is not so far away…
