We were entrusted with designing and building four tasteful trade fair appearances for the Anuga food fair in Cologne. The client’s requirements were as varied as the ingredients in a bag of muesli.

To maximise its chances of reaching all target audiences, BÖSCH BODEN SPIES exhibited products on two stands (112 m² and 98 m²) in different halls. 360° food solutions: the import and innovations agency for fruit and nuts of all types used impressive visual displays to aim its message at potential suppliers as well as prospective customers, while presenting itself as a reliable partner for both parties. There was one definite highlight which set these two otherwise clean and brightly coloured stands apart from the rest: the Future Product Zone. Here, visitors to the stand got to vote on the attractiveness of a potential portfolio expansion. Our client tells us this idea was a big hit – so much so the company will be using the concept again at future trade fair appearances.

Meanwhile, our new client Dovgan, a supplier of Eastern European specialities, put on a truly colourful display. We created an inviting stand (63 m²) whose central feature was an ice bar. The client supplied matching frosted glass graphics.

Frostkrone offered its visitors finger food as usual – and plenty to read: in order to appeal to a younger target audience, the graphics were adapted accordingly and focussed on the topic of street food both visually and in terms of content. The successful stand concept (50 m²) from past appearances remained unchanged. Dawn Meats’ winning display concept also made a reappearance across an area of 207 m² (double-decker stand).
