Lightness despite heavy weight

How do you design a trade fair stand that is dominated by a huge thermal printing machine and still manages to impart lightness? The choice of materials and color scheme were key for our new client Schott + Meissner's stand at ITMA in Barcelona. Light, CI-compliant colors and seamless graphics on the rear walls, as well as light, transparent banner fabrics and wooden slats, provided the right framework for the presentation. The diagonal layout of the stand also provided plenty of space.
