CUSTOMER SERVICE is our top priority
We’ll have the whole menu, please! For this year’s trade fair appearance at INTERNORGA, the marketing representatives at SERVICE BUND wanted a conceptual re-evaluation. Their aim was to promote a more emotional customer language to create feel-good effect at their stand. The various brands that make up the federation of food and drink wholesalers each needed their own space to present their individual culinary offerings.
Plenty of ingredients to rustle up our new concept. So, we went about redesigning the conventional exhibition stand space. We ditched the garish, light green corporate colour – and introduced an emotional visual language. We created a clear division of the various brand areas according to their respective themes by using high-quality materials – each with its own corresponding furnishings (from rustic to stylish) – and considerably more wooden display elements. The exhibition stand’s centrepiece was a large chef’s counter, where visitors were in for a real culinary treat. Burgers, seafood, meat, pasta – the stand catered for all tastes. The large media wall behind the counter did an impressive job of conveying to all visitors SERVICE BUND’s entire product range using images and film material.
Our service: at INTERNORGA, we erected stands for our seven clients across an area of almost 700 m² – sweat-inducing work, but great fun and with delicious results!
