The way we work
Single-source solution.
A successful trade fair presentation begins with a strong idea and its effective implementation. We at Preuss Messe will guide you from the initial consultation to the final installation of your exhibition stand – structured, efficient and with a laser-like focus on your brand.
1. Consultation & Analysis
We start with a comprehensive consultation by phone, via video call or in person: the focus will be on your objectives, your brand message and your target audience. We work together to develop a clear vision for your trade fair presentation.
2. Concept & planning
Based on the initial analysis, we start generating creative ideas for an inspiring layout. Detailed planning, visualisations and calculations ensure full transparency.
3. Design
Our creative masterminds will develop a concept that is both visually convincing and functional. Working in close coordination with you, we ensure that your brand’s key message is instantly communicated.
4. Planning & production
Next, it’s time to tackle detailed planning and prepare the production documents for our production workshop. We arrange the necessary technical bookings with the respective local trade fair organiser. Our skilled craftspeople will then meticulously manufacture your stand in our workshop.
5. Assembly & on-site support
We implement the logistics and assembly with our experienced partners in direct coordination with the event organisers. Your personal project manager will ensure that everything runs smoothly and will hand over the finalised stand to you – ready for your trade fair presentation.
6. Disassembly & review
Once the trade fair is over, the stand is professionally dismantled and components are put into storage for you for future reuse.
We assess the outcome together and carry out any necessary revisions to optimise future trade fair presentations.
